Marketplace Rules
Last updated 2026-09-13
1. Listing Accuracy
Breeders must accurately represent every dog they list: breed, age, health, health testing, pedigree, registration, temperament, and pricing. Misrepresentation is grounds for removal and account action.
2. Depicting Animals
Photos and videos must depict the actual animal being offered. Stock photography or another dog's photos are prohibited.
3. Pricing & Fees
Listings must display the full asking price. Deposits, reservation fees, and shipping costs must be clearly disclosed. BreedHub does not set or validate market pricing.
4. Availability & State
Listings must be kept current. A reserved, sold, withdrawn, or removed listing must reflect its real state; BreedHub enforces this platform-wide so buyers are never shown stale inventory.
5. Prohibited Animals & Practices
Listings must comply with applicable law and the Animal Welfare policy. This includes standards against listing animals in unsafe conditions and compliance with local regulations for animal sales.
