Responsible Breeding Policy
Last updated 2026-09-13
Purpose
BreedHub organizes information and facilitates communication. We require breeders to take responsibility for animal welfare, health testing, and ethical breeding practices.
Minimum Standards
Breeders should health-test breeding stock according to breed-appropriate recommendations, maintain vaccination and veterinary records, keep animals housed safely and humanely, and avoid breeding animals with known avoidable health conditions.
Honesty
Breeders must honestly represent pedigree, testing, and history. BreedHub-verified status means BreedHub has reviewed documents; it does not mean BreedHub guarantees health.
Guidance
Please consult qualified veterinary professionals and breed clubs before making breeding decisions. BreedHub cannot and does not evaluate genetic compatibility, fertility, or health.
