1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a BreedHub account or using the platform you agree to these Terms of Service, the Community Guidelines, and all other policies referenced from this document. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Accounts
You must create an account to access the platform. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not create accounts that impersonate other people or businesses, and you may not transfer accounts without permission.
3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content
You agree to use BreedHub lawfully. Prohibited content and conduct are described in the Community Guidelines and Prohibited Content policy, and include fraud, misrepresentation, harassment, illegal activity, animal welfare violations, and attempts to abuse referrals, reviews, or subscriptions.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Breeder accounts require a subscription. Billing is handled by Stripe under its own terms. Subscription features and pricing are displayed at the time of purchase. BreedHub may cancel or suspend accounts that violate these terms, without refund where permitted by law. This document does not waive any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
5. Marketplace & Animal Transactions
BreedHub facilitates discovery and communication. Unless specifically stated, BreedHub is not a party to any sale, deposit, or transfer of animals between users. Buyers must perform their own due diligence and are responsible for verifying the health, registration, and legal status of any animal before committing to a transaction. Breeders are responsible for complying with applicable animal sale laws.
6. No Health or Genetic Guarantees
Health testing, genetic testing, pedigree, and vaccination information on BreedHub is supplied by breeders unless explicitly marked as BreedHub-verified. BreedHub does not guarantee the health, fertility, genetic compatibility, or breeding success of any animal, and BreedMatch is a facilitation tool, not a veterinary or genetic authority.
7. Content You Post
You retain rights to content you post but grant BreedHub a license to host, display, and distribute it for platform purposes. You represent that you have the right to post it and that it does not violate third-party rights.
8. Termination
You may stop using BreedHub at any time. BreedHub may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data through Account Settings.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BreedHub and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising out of marketplace transactions between users or the accuracy of user-supplied information.
